Default Gooseneck Flatbed Weight?

What do some of your 20' to 25' +5' gooseneck flatbeds weigh? Is there much difference out there? I'm looking for something on the light side because my load is around 12K behind the truck in my sig. Thinking 2 axles with duals, I guess 10K axles would work. No off road, only 6 times per year. Maximum width. And do all of them clear a 57" (stock) tailgate height OK?

Maybe consider 2 8K singles. It will pull easier then 2 10K with duals.

All of my trailer I have the hitch raised for more clearance. It is nice not having to worry about the trailer hitting the box

Tandem duals have a higher neck and you'll be fine with either single or dual on clearance. As for weight all the ones I've hauled were between 5k and 6k depending on what axle setup and ramps.

We got a 20' with 5' dovetail that folds up flat with two 8,000lb axles and it weighs in about 5500 but we raised the hitch and it pulls real nice!

Weve got a 25+5 dovetail w/ 2 10k axels that ways around 5-6 tops. We also just sold are 18ft tilt trailer with 2 10k? axels that weighed around 9k easy. It all depends on how the trailers built.

I have the Preformance 24" tandem dual gooseneck, it weighs 5680 lbs but has a GVWR of 24000 lbs. It pulls great. My 5.9 had no problems pulling it. Here is the link to their site. Parker Performance Trailers - Products
