Yeah I have full coverage. Its becaue I didnt let there shop fix it last fall when I wrecked it and they are trying to say that is what caused this accident. He is saying that none of the damage on the driver side is from this accident but I took pics so I have to email them to him on Monday. He says its up to his boss what they will do with it but until they determine what is wrong with the engine and suspension they dont know if they will total it out or not. This is the rental, cruising in the wagon.

Glad to see you are ok. Next time, lets keep it ON THE ROAD! I think it would be the black patch to your left in those pics.

Good luck with insurance, get em for all you can. Don't know about where you are, but here in CA, the insurance company cannot dictate where the truck is repaired. . . . . . .

No it was a two ton international, and two freightliners that pulled it out.

Even if you try and be the good guy and try not to sue them, they will still try to screw you.

My mom was recently in a wreck. Totaled her VW TDI jetta 5 speed. A lady pulled out in front of her. The lady was 100% at fault.
The insurance offered my mom $1900 less than what it would take to get her back to how it was before the accident. They would not budge. So, they're getting sued. You hate to do it, but its like they are just begging for it.
Good luck to you.

It is the choice of the owner of the vehicle where you choose to have your vehicle fixed. The insurance company can NOT dictate this, they can only persuade (sp?) you to where they would like to see it fixed. Don't give up andy, sometimes it is a fight, but it will be worth it in the end.
