Building a Twinned 12 Valve w/g56 - Need many different parts
Hey guys,
This may be a little long but it may help to give you an idea of what I am doing and what I need. I am building a new 12 valve with a HT3B/HX35 twin setup. I have a G56 that is going behind it. This is all going in a 04 F250 CC 4x4. This will be the second Cummins this truck has had and the 7th swap I've done. I am not looking for any particular HP numbers, simply performance and drivability. I want INSTANT power regardless of speed or situation or as close to instant as I can get. The truck gets driven maybe 50 miles per month (it's my toy) most of which will be light towing (<10K). I have a pretty good idea of what I am looking for and am ready to buy now. About the only thing I am in the air about are the injectors. Everyone seems to be an expert yet has different opinions. Feel free to ask questions and give your own opinion as I am open. The following is what I am looking for:
1.) Full rebuild Kit with deep bowl marine pistons. All standard bore, rings and bearings.
2.) 4K RPM GSK with full 60lb valve spring set.
3.) Head studs
4.) 3 piece exhaust manifold
5.) Injectors (probably 5X.014's SAC)
6.) Clutch (dual disc 550-650 rwh capacity) (with solid flywheel)
7.) Possibly 024 DV's with Socket Tool
8.) Timing Guage for P7100
9.) Alignment dowel for gear case.
10.) Freeze plugs
11.) Possibly some sort of Air/Fuel elimination device
I will also need hot pipe, flanges, charge air pipes, boots, and things like that. Some of the turbo stuff I plan on building myself unless I get a screaming deal on it. If you have any questions, pm me and I can call or reply via email. Thanks for your time.
