Package Deal?

Hoping to be able to get a good deal on a few things. The list is as follows and all parts are for an 01 CTD SO Quad 4X4 dually.

3 gauge A pillar ( tan with the tweeter )
60# boost, pyro, and fuel pressure gauges (prefer Autometer Ultralites)
Airdog 150
4 inch turbo back exhaust with no muffler
Quadzilla intake
