I'm looking for the complete Borgeson steering upgrade kit for a '98 Ram 2500. There seem to be several variations of this kit, based on whether the steering box is the brand new 800120 box or the reman 800112 box; and it's my understanding that the reman box is sold out everywhere and on indefinite manufacturer's back order.
I don't really care if I get a reman or new box, only that it's the Borgeson Dodge Box upgrade- along with the Borgeson hi-flow pump and steering/hydroboost hose kit. I would like a price with and without the Borgeson steering shaft, although I'd prefer to have it for ease of instal.

IF I correctly understand the websites I researched, the kits I'm interested in are:

999058 -new kit w/shaft
999055- new kit w/o shaft

And the ones I would love, but can't find in stock anywhere:

999049- reman kit w/shaft
999046- reman kit w/o shaft
