I have a Industrial Injection SPS62/80 with large exhaust outlet for 04.5-07 5.9. Will work on 03-04 but you need the cast elbow off a newer truck for it to work. NEVER INSTALLED IN THE BOX. First $1600 takes it (that includes shipping)

no it is a 62/14/71 as shown on the site. the tag states 62/80
