Hey Chris,
A few of us pre-paid for video of the dyno event at flash, just wondering where they are? I was told it would be a month after the event before we saw anything. Can you please update us.

 

The original date was going to be in august when the kids got back to school (is what the film teacher told me). Now she is not returning any calls/emails. I am on the hunt for her and going to tear her a new one when I see her. Also going to be informing the school as to what she did and that their name is all over the posters ect.... as a sponsor and if they don't come thru, their name will be drug thru the mud. If I have to, I will refund money or give a credit for next years entry fee. I have a list of everyone who paid for a video. I am sorry man, she has me pretty pizzed right now and I don't blame you guys for being mad too.

 

No problem, Just keep us updated on miss Sue Hudsons progress....

 

I called again today. had to leave a message and the lady at the front desk did not even want to hear what I had to say. I am going to ask for the principle tomorrow. I am getting more pissed by the minute. IF they bone us on this, I will be contacting the news agencies and the Military Order of Purple Hearts and telling them what went down. I am sure I can get them to write a nice letter to the school.

OK! She called me today. I did get a bunch of excuses from her like

the school moved and we started 3 weeks late
during the move we lost all internet and all emails were lost
ect ect.....

But She did say that after I forwarded her the emails I had sent her in the begining she could get right on it. I sent her all the emails tonight.

She said that we should have a final copy in a couple weeks. When I get it, I will be making copies and mailing out. I have the list of who all bought the DVD. For the local guys, I will have beer at my place for a peace offering!

On a sad note, the kid that was with her during the filming broke his back this summer. He is ok and walking but not able to be in the film class due to physical restraints. His father is in the military and this shoot meant a lot to him. Keep him in your prayers that he heals fast with no disabilities for future mobility.

UPDATE- Gave the film maker the music and burnt her a disc of over 200 pictures that were taken. Should be SOON! I will call you and we can meet up so I can get you guys the copies for the local guys.
