DPF Delete kits

Have any of you guys had any experience with the dpf delete kits. Just wondering if it has had any issues in throwing codes, and passing inspection. I live in rural texas so i've never had any truck checked for proper emissions, But first diesel with this crap on it. Also if yall have any info with egr deletes info would be much appreciated.

deleting anything like this will set ya up for failing inspection. If you are wanting to do so, take em off, beat the hell out of the guts and re-install for aesthetics. The link below is for the EGR delete kits.

your expert advice
Well let me ask you this cause you know more than I do. In your opinion is the dpf delete and egr delete worth the money. I've read alot on it and its sounds right to me. I mean i'm ocd when it comes to maintainence, and i want the best for my truck. looking at the dpf-r delete and the egr blanks you have look great. I'm pissed the epa could screw up a wet dream. anyway i'd like your opinion on this and thanks for responding.

It all depends on your financial placement. If you do the deletes you are on your own with warranty (unless you keep the stock stuff and when you take it in you re-install it all). The trucks we have done the deletes on have not even gone into the dealer for anything. The trucks run better, get better mileage (must use a programmer in conjunction with the deletes) and the trucks run cooler (by not going into regen along with freer flow). You won't be taking it into the dealer to do the EGR and Turbo clean. We took an intake horn off the 6.7 we did the dual cp3's on and the grid heater was damn near plugged with soot from the EGR! We are going to run stage III water meth to clean the thing out and get some flow back into the head. I am surprised it even ran at all. But it is cleaning up now with the EGR being removed for a couple months now. We don't have a programmer/tuner on this truck yet because he is waiting for the smarty to be released. Finding out that just doing the EGR and DPF deletes does not gain much but keeping things cleaner inside the motor and not going into regen. The key is to do all 3 (EGR, DPF, and programmer or tuner).
I agree with you on the EPA, they could "F" up anything.

dpf-r
Just wondering if I still need a programmer for the dpf-r delete. It says that the kit includes the foolers that keep the truck from regen and tell the comp it has a clean filter. Sorry for my ignorance on this. Also where do I purchace your egr delete kit. I checked your web site but didnt see it. Thanks again

We are doing some upgrading to the site so until we get things completed I am not adding products. You can call me or I can call you. will pm ya my phone number. anyways, I have not seen a DPF delete kit that does not set codes (i may be wrong though). My customers that we have done still set soft codes so the truck does not go into limp mode but a CEL will still appear. Hence needing a tuner such as the Edge juice with attitude (clears codes on start up) or the Bully Dog PMT.
