by removing the air out of the fuel, it corrects injection timing. air bubbles retard the timing so by removing them, the truck runs smoother, cleaner and you should get better economy. Not saying it is going to jump you up a crap load but every bit helps.
on that 6.4, a dpf delete jumps mileage up quit a bit. let me know if you need one of those too.
