make the mounts out of cardboard as a template makes it a whole lot easier going bak and forth

I have a CNC router that I can draw parts in CAD, cut them out of plastic actual size, see what changes need to be made, and make a finished product without ever touching a piece of metal. But sometimes I cheat with cardboard...

No I really dont as of yet, and I hate to say it but im going to have to put the bars on the back burner for a bit. Sorry to get you all excited and warm inside... I have some other projects that I have to take care of first.

Still trying to get back to 100% after being in the hospital. I have Bushings, Barrels, gawd awful thick tube, and some universal weld on brackets.... but havent been able to make up the bolt on kit that I want to be able to offer.
