Default I want custom stacks

I was looking at an Kenworth truck the other day and noticed that on the exhaust system they had the word kenworth cut out of a piece of material, u know what i am talking about, in front of the exhaust stacks, or i should say on the side of the stacks, ive noticed it before but never really paid attention to it until i decided i wanted stacks. Can u guys do the same thing for my 06 cummins? I visited ur website and saw some of the custom work, i like it but i wanted something different, well the stacks would be the same but i was wondering if you could do the same thing kenworth did, but instead of kenworth put or cut out the word dodge, or cummins? Anyways if you look at a kenworth truck you will know what i am talking about.

You'd want to do that to a set of heat sheilds rather then the stacks or ya might have some smoke come out the holes in the stacks.

Default Yeah that would be pretty cool 2

Yeah that is what i was referring 2. But it would be pretty cool to have a little smoke coming out of a dodge ram head emblem cut out. But that is what i was referring to originally, the heat shield that is. I know that you dont have as much room vertically on a dodge truck as you do on a big rig but i think it might be enough distance from the top of the bed to the top of the cab. I dont know it was just a thought. Thanks for the reply

Nah it's definetly a cool idea. Depending on which style stack ya went with would depend on how much room ya had to work with.

i think you could do that laser etching. like the banks exhaust tips. they say "banks" etched in to them.

Sorry for the delay, been a busy weekend, and I had to take a personal day off on Monday. We had a customer a while back take his 6" miter stacks, and had the chrome removed on a few stacks to say the words Grand on one stack, and Rock on the other. I'll find a picture of it, and post it. May take a while. Or you could purchase a no slot pipe guard, and find some one to do a custome stamping in the heat shield. You could even have a two tone powder coating...that may even work.

Josh

I would have the heat shields water jetted out. Its nice and clean when its done.I have a guy that water jets all of my compound turbo flanges I could check and see if their machine is capable of that. You can reach me at lmuzydla@comcast.net or 970-691-4861
