My fan clutch sounds like its on 100 % of the time im driving. Could this be that my Fan clutch has locked up? What could make my fan run constantly, It was mid 30's all day today driving on the highway and it was still on.

It does sound like it's gone. You can replace just the fan, it threads onto the pump. But they can be a major PITA. I've done a few, there's always 1 or 2 that WILL NOT cooperate, and then you have the one's that are a breeze.

Don't let a ford dealer fix it. I did and it cost $ 1800.00 The replace the fan clutch and the belt tensioner. They said the clutch was $ 500.00. 04 f350 6.0
