You are a genius, switched the plugs and fired right up, thanks. I have found another oil leak, the oil pan is leaking at the front of the pan. My guess is that the whole motor has to come out to change or fix the seal on the oil pan? The truck runs 100% better than before repairs, need to repair last oil leak.

Pull motor, put on a stand, remove oil pan (if this is where you are truely leaking from), clean the hell out of all the parts. Use only the ford oil pan sealant PLEASE! ONLY THE FORD STUFF...
I am all for cheaper stuff, but just get that stuff...
reinstall the pan, leaving upside down at least over night.
Then reinstall...

It is leaking from the front of the oil pan, I verified this by crawling under and watching it come out of the seal. Top of motor has no leaks. New tranny and transmission shop said the back of the motor looked fine. I am going to attempt this on my own so here come the dumb questions 1) How much of the front end needs to come off hood, grill, radiator 2) Does the truck need to be off the front wheels to get the cross member out, 3) take turbo off does the pedistall have to come off 4) use cribbing to support tranny? Am I missing anything? Looks like I jumped the gun on the oil pan (like csipsd said) the leak appears to be on the front of the hpop. It is the plate on the front of the hpop. Is there a gasket for this and what is the best way to repair it?
