Sounds like you're running out of heat to drive the turbocharger.

Exhaust backpressure is important because it lets you see how much differential pressure there is between boost and drive. Too much drive pressure will kill a turbocharger in very little time. If you don't know what it is, then you may never get your "problem" fixed.

What is magical about 37 PSI? More boost does not always equal more power. If your drive pressure is 50+ PSI (which I nearly guarantee it to be), then you're not doing your turbocharger any favors anyway and you're not making any more power.

I hate to ask if you've already said something about your current modifications, but if you're already running out of fuel, you're not going to get more boost.

What kind of pressures are you seeing Stephan? Do you have a back pressure gauge?

Ever run one??? Its one of the best wastegate controlers on the market for our trucks...

10mm socket and an extention and I can ajust my max boost to what ever my injectors are capable of building.

Initially, I didn't know that this guy was looking for max boost. And as far as that's concerned, max boost isn't always what you should go for, as many gauges as you have, I KNOW you've got to have a BP gauge...

Don't you?

Have you checked your fuel pressure? Have you checked your HPO pressures? Have you checked your Back pressure?

I really doubt its the wastegate, tighten it back up, remove the blow off you have installed in the red line...

Do you have any kind of a Map fooler? I dont see that mentioned. Be it a blow off or a regulator.

Joe. I'm talking drive pressure. Do you have a drive pressure gauge?

Get a less restrictive turbine housing which would free up high-RPM power but possibly lower your boost a few PSI OR live with your present boost level, barring all other mechanical aspects of the truck are fine.
