fuel pump trouble
i have my fathers 2000 f250 powerstroke. we towed a boat to a friends house yesterday and it ran fine, i unhooked the boat, and got back in the truck and it wouldnt start. now its in my shop, and it doesnt have any power to the fuel pump and the wait to start light does not come. any ideas? any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks

When you say chipped do you mean a chip on the PCM? or a programer of some kind (superchips or like)
First thing I would check is the fuel heater fuse, if that goes out it kills the PCM. I cant recall where it is at on a 2000, I am 90% sure its in the underhood fuse box. Check that. replace if blown and your issue will go away.
If not, we will go from there.
