Default transmission cooler line leak....help

truck seemed like something was slow to engage in the tranny.
Crawled under it and it looks like there are two lined from the transmission to the cooler up front.
Looks like it is the top one that has a leak.
It is right where the rubber clamps onto the metal line that is leaking.
I tried to follow the rubber hose from the metal tube (closer to the transmission itself) back towards the cooler. I can not see where or how I would get to the cooler area to remove that end. Does anyone have any ideas here?
