Every time I start truck it idle surges and I floor throttle then acts as if its gunna stall.sometimes it stalls and sometimes it does not stall.idle will smooth out and truck is low on power till it warms up.bad throttle response till truck gets warm.still surges if truck is plugged in.but throttle response is better if plugged in.Also truck will stall getting off highway I push clutch in taking load off engine and rpms drop to 300 and stalls.I have read this is either icp sensor or ipr.any body's input would be great.I have live data also on both these sensors at idle when truck is warmed up icp is around 620 and ipr Is 9%

 

There is no reason to make duplicate threads.

Mine used to do that and mine was a bad ICP sensor.
