help Truck broke down

1994.5 Powerstroke Direct injection 5spd manual
I was driving had to go pick up my glow plugs I ordered well I get to advance I was doing some fast driving around 50 on the highway. Go in advance truck wouldn't start when I came out luckily I had a can of ether she fired right up.
OK on my way home I stalled once had to use ether again almost home got stuck on a blind corner had to use ether again. The second time it stalled it was like it was idling speed I hit the gas and nothing would happen then died.
I just got the truck back Thursday last week from diagnostics and I had a new low pressure oil pump installed a new valve cover gasket and one injector leak repaired because the truck was not starting at all.
I texted the guy who fixed it he said it could be the other O rings he recommended me replacing leaking oil once the engine was hot. So I let the truck sit a hour or so tried to start it nothing one shot of ether she fired again. I let it idle awhile I shut it off and it started right up know it starts up. I cant figure this out.

New parts
All new fuel system including fuel bowl and in tank pickup
New oil pan and oil pump
CPS and pigtail
One valve cover gasket and O ring
Starter GPR and batteries.

Never ever ever use ether!

Is the oil level full and have you tried a new CPS?

I would assume it most likely I said I have a long crank to start when hot. That's what I had the last time then I got the one fixed and it stopped. He said the other ones looked bad but that was the only one that was leaking bad that was the only reason I only replaced one.
