Default ????? Sensors

Hello again. I am writing in this time a an issue that is dunbfounding. a history here. I have a 2006 F350LB, Six Guns Economind, Banks Air Raid, 4" exhaust. All else is stock. I put the truck in for head gaskets, studs and FICM that was reading 39V. The work was done, picked up the truck last night and drove fine. I get up this morning, 73* last night, was driving to work when I started up a hill and gave it gas. NO response. The RPM did not rise and the boost didnt rise either. Stopped at the gas station and shut truck off. Did a walk around and say no fluids, opend the hood and saw nothing unusual. Fueled up the truck up and started it back. THe engine light came on and the throttle response came back. Went to work and shut the truck down again. left work after about 11 hours and engine was still on. I took it back to the shop and put it on the scanner. It came up with a P0069, MAPP snesor. We disconnected the six guns and put back sto stock. Still came in with the same code. You can clear it with the engine on, but as soon as you turn off the truck and turn it back on, the same code comes back in. We changed out the MAPP sensor, the tube and same thing. Any ideas as to what else to check or look at????? Please advise as this is my only transportation.UGHHH!!! Thank you ahead of time.

I would check all the main electrical connections on the drivers side fenderwell, where the engine harnesses hook up, make sure they are snapped together. Also trace out the wire harness that goes over firewall and check connections on that too. I was going to say hose wasn't hooked up because that is the most forgotten thing but you got that one taken care of
