Glad to hear you got it figured out. I see this happen a lot after an HPOP replacement. Seems like even with a new IPR, a new HPOP will destroy it soon. Just left over debris I guess. Either way, glad to hear it's running better. I wouldn't worry about the ICP sensor, that should be fine.
Sorry, can't help with the scanner unfortunately. Can't fumble through it? Just plug it in and start poking around and see what options come up? I know nothing about these things.
Wait... isn't Rotunda actually the IDS stuff that Ford uses? That's a pretty high end scanner...

Greetings again. This bus has been running great for several months now. I've even seen the drivers get it up to 90+ mph on our tracking system, which is pretty impressive for a 24 passenger bus. However, we have a new problem. Bus was driven and parked, with no issues. Next day: won't start.
1) cranks but won't start
2) no exhaust coming out
3) no codes on vehicle
Anyone have any ideas???
Thanks in advance for any help.

If it's cranking and no smoke is coming out, the first things to check are FICM voltages and high pressure oil system readings.
Also, 90mph in the limo is impressive LOL. Do the drivers know that you "know" how fast they're driving these things?

They know, but they assume nobody's watching.......till i call them on the two-way and yell, "slow down!!" scares the crap out of em!! !
So, we replaced the IPR valve, even though we had already replaced a few months ago when we did the egr delete and changed the oil cooler. no luck.
We took the cover off of the FICM, and tested the voltage. The screw on the right reads 48.2-48.6 volts, with key on, and while cranking. I guess it's sounding like the HPOP. How can we check the HPOP pressure?

Your scanner is likely capable of that, you need to check ICP actual and ICP desired. Desired is what the PCM wants, and actual is what the HPOP is really putting out. It needs 525psi of high pressure oil to fire (for the PCM to even say "go").
Sounds like an HPOP if you've got no smoke and your FICM tests good, but verify this first before dropping the coin on the pump. I've seen a few rare cases where the STC fitting was so cracked it wouldn't start, but definitely not common.
