If that gauge on the dash doesn't come up at all, you're not getting low oil pressure.
Next time try and change the settings so you can read ICP desired in PSI. I converted it for you, it's about 1500psi, which is good, but ICP actual is really low... too low to fire as it needs 525psi to fire.
Sounds like low pressure oil pump is shot to me.

You have to push the plunger down when you are cranking it or you won't see any oil, the plunger is at the bottom and guys use a screwdriver to hold it down, or pull the filter off the cap and put the filter in and push down on it while some cranks it.
The oil pump isn't too hard to change, it does sit right behind the Harmonic ballancer though. It is probably easier to remove the fan and shroud first to get a puller on it. the oil pump is relatively cheap as long as the housing isn't hurt, right around $100
