Default EGR Valve

Anyone know anything about a baffle, Ford supposedly made to go where the egr valve goes into intake? We have 2006 f350 with 6.0.

Are you wanting to delete your egr? If so you will need to get an egr delete kit. Or you will end up having to more problems down the road. You can get a egr delete for around 200.00

Haven't heard of any "baffle." They changed the EGR cooler a bit, and they added a scoop into the up-pipes in the 05+ trucks, which directed more exhaust to the EGR valve, but that's the opposite of what we want.

I'd do an EGR delete myself (already did on my truck). You will need an SCT with some custom tunes to keep the check engine light off though.
