You could always try switching injector 1 and 3 and see what happens too. Though if it's hydrolocking I'd probably just go buy a new injector and call it a day.

I am pretty sure I am just going to replace numbers 1 and 2 on the injectors. They are showing issues on the contribution test. My Pensacola diesel on #3 is showing good, go figure.

Am I overlooking anything though? Hydro lock likely caused by injector(s). But what could be pushing coolant other than head gaskets? It builds pressure immediately upon starting when the coolant it still ambient. The oil cooler appears to be working great, and the egr is deleted. It has to be gaskets right?

If it's pushing coolant out the cap, then yes it's most likely headgaskets, and that would also be a likely culprit for the hydrolocking. Again, it takes almost nothing to hydrolock one of these, not a lot of room in there. The gaskets are what create the room, and the black onyx are too thin to begin with, even before being compressed, so a VERY small amount would hydrolock this thing.

Yeah I am pretty sure that it is head gaskets. Thanks for your help!
