No, the FICM is fine.

Pull the intake off of the turbo and inspect the impeller. See if there is excessive play or if the impeller itself is worn at all.

Check the turbo there's a very little shaft play, the whine still noticeable about 1200 rpm. Cleaned the EBP sensor, Egr valve and it hasn't fixed the smoke problem. Thinking I might take the truck in to have it re-flash back to stock if the truck did had a programmer at one point. If that's not the case could it be a failing o-ring on the dummy plug could that be a possibility why i'm getting black smoke and a long crank ?

Could be a bad injector too. Is the long crank all the time, or only hot/cold?

It looks like it happens all the time, if I would start the truck and shut it off and instantly and start it back up it will instantly fire. If it sits for about 30 minutes it takes about 3 - 5 seconds to fire, and 10 - 15 seconds if the truck sat for 8 - 10 hours.

How old are the batteries on this truck?
