Default No Power Steering, and now no brake pressure....?!

Power Steering has been whining for a few days and I noticed that I've had to almost floor the brakes to get it to come to a complete stop... This morning when I started her up no brakes or power steering... I'm assuming it's the Brake booster? Does that control my power steering as well?

It's the other way around, the power steering pump applies hydraulic boost to the steering box and the master cylinder.
