Sorry karl, I realised it right after I posted it with a "C". to answer about flow it won't be under alot of presure but it should be a nice and steady stream, at idle it should only take about a minute to fill half gallon, mine was so bad the hose was dry.

 

replace the oil cooler and replace EGR cooler and then do a coolant flush with for VC9 and add fresh coolant.

make sure they air test the hpo system and close the IPR valve. did shop do a injector buzz test?
