A/C clutch wont turn off

ok my A/c cluch wont turn off and caused it to burn up. Could my pcm cause this is there a way to test.

Try to hit it with a screwdriver and c if it knox it loose and c it the switch is any good

The relay could be stuck.

found a bad ground wire
