Check your FICM
The how to is here in the 6.0 section as a sticky. do you have a scanner to pull any codes? my ficm failed two weeks ago. didnt turn on a check engine light, but the codes were there. I was showing 8 codes for the injectors.

what year is your truck?

the cold start is probably stiction, revX should help that. the hotstart is most likely the SYC fitting on high presure oil pump or the dummy pugs and or standpipes have a bad oring.
