No one does body lifts on a super duty.

You can definitely get big lifts that ride great, but like Karl said, be prepared to throw down some serious bucks.

I'd recommend some custom valved Bilsteins or Fox/King setups for shocks. All are great, and $$$.

Hangers/blocks/coil spacers are all popular because they maintain factory ride. Those white tube, nitrogen shocks by 'fill-in-the-blank' are stiff on road, but absorb off road terrain nicely. The same can be said for the lift springs and add-a-leafs. So replacing those white tubes because they are rusted with new white tubes is going to most likely make the ride worse: new=mucho stiffo.

I'm not trying to flame you, but I don't want you to blow $150~$200 on 4 new shocks and get a rude surprise.

ok well ya i appreciate your input greatly, maybe ill give them a chance and just take a wire brush to them see how they look then
