Okay... First things first... 06 F250. Truck starts up rough until it reaches about 145... Been told it was probably injectors going out... No biggie.. It always cranks and I let it warm up completely before I drive and it runs like a champ... I've got a CS Attitude that I usually keep on extreme, but I do not run it hard... It has an 8" lift with 37's.. Mainly for better gas mileage... I drove 1700 miles almost non stop and got about a 1000 miles down the road and checked all my fluids just to make sure cause I'm a worry wart when driving that long... Noticed that my coolant was at the minimum level so I added a little water and continued on.. As I made my way north into the hills my turbo under constant small load (cruise control going up hill) would let out boost a couple pounds at a time constantly until I either disengaged the cruise control or stepped into the throttle... About 500 miles later I filled up and noticed while my truck was idling that it sounded Like it was missing or stumbling... I left it running in fear of it not starting and leaving me stranded... While I was standing there pumping diesel I could here this hissing sound like splashes on hot metal... Found and oily coolant residue minorly dripping from the front right... Truck has never gotten hot or over 212 ect... Drove to the rig parked and made an appoinment with the dealership.. When I cranked it up to take it in the next morning it cranked horrible... Loud and super unbalanced... More than usual... And threw a little cloud of white smoke... Drove it 40 miles to the ford place and it acted fine... Help! I don't want them to screw me...

you may have just over filled the degas bottle. But I would highly doubt its heads just from this "sounds like splashes on hot metal". I have seen a bunch of 6.0l with blown hg's and NONE of them had oil or coolant leaking out the side of the head. And yes you probably need injectors. I do to but like you i just let her warm up a bit and then drive.

the new line to fill up to is the minimum line in the degas bottle so you probably overfilled it. Also you could pull your egr valve to check if its wet in there. If it is then you need to have your oil cooler replaced and egr either replaced or deleted. I would say delete it. If you want to do more then i would say flush your coolant system before replacing the oil cooler to get all the trash out of the system before adding another oil cooler.

First off, the minimum line on the degas bottle is the new max.
Rough idle and stumbling could be several issues, FICM weak, fuel filters need changing, the brand name fuel filters can be an issue, weak batteries, STC fitting, poor fuel, EGR valve sticking, wire chaffing, injector failure.
Since your having the dealer fix you up, no need to get into detail.

Typically dealers end up replacing egr coolers, and even headgaskets in some cases, and never look at the oil cooler, which is the root cause.
See what the dealer says and get back to us. The rough running I'm guess was just an injector or something. Usually a weak FICM will seem ok once a truck is up and running. Though I have seen them randomly fail, they usually will just cause the truck to die completely.
Let us know what you find.

Okay, so Ford Dealership is giving me the run around about when they can look at and pissed me off, so i brought it back and got to looking... Found that the Oily Coolant Residue is coming From my Turbo intercooler Hose.. It has a small pin hole leak in it... what are the reprocussions if i continue to drive it being that im 1700 miles from home... Also would it cause my turbo to let out boost under load or is that my injectors

Its not going to hurt anything driving it like that, might lose a little mileage though. The more boost you make the more air it releases because of the higher presure. Replace it as soon as you can but in a pinch I would drive it too, don't bother to try to tape it because it flexes too much to make it seal properly.
