Drive it. I just drove my truck for probably 5 months with the plastic intercooler pipe leaking and it spraying oil everywhere.

Well we're more concerned with the difference in those two temps. Over 15* apart and it's a sure sign the oil cooler is clogging. As for cruising temps, it's going to depend on what you're hauling if anything, what type of driving you're doing, the outside temps etc. Usually see anywhere from 185-195 typically, have seen much higher before though. I know my buddy has hit somewhere around 245* oil temp before doing donuts in a field on an extreme tune turning 40" tires over on stock gearing.

Yeah my ECT is 208 and EOT is 218... I notice if I get on it a little or of cruise control engages to increase speed both climb fast up to about 4-5 degrees each and EOT usually gets about 12 degrees hotter...

How's the coolant level? Any idea if the fan ever comes on? You'd hear it if it does. Don't happen to have an EGR delete do you?

Coolant level is between min and max... Fan does work... And parts for the 6.0 complete solution are awaiting my arrival at home... Gaskets studs cooler as well as the delete... Having a small leak in the turbo intercooler hose wouldn't have anything to do with it would it... Im actually driving from North Dakota back home to Texas as we speak..

More fuel and not enough air could definitely cause it to run hotter, but I'd be more concerned with EGT's than oil or coolant temp with that. A pin hole leak shouldn't cause those issues though. If the issue was bad enough, I'd imagine you'd be melting something inside the combustion chamber far before you got the oil and coolant really hot. Can you hear the fan kicking on at all?

Okay, just stopped to fill up and checked my coolant level... Half an inch below the min line!

That's fine. Mine isn't happy until it's at the bottom of the bottle. I wouldn't worry about it there. Mine isn't happy until coolant level falls to almost the bottom of the bottle.
