Woops
So my PowerMax came in last night and I just couldn't wait, got up early this morning and got the topend torn down and the new baby in. However, in the removal of the old junk process, one of the clips on the VGT sensor broke off, the other one holds it on and the truck doesn't have any issue other than the slight lag, but I knew that was gonna happen. How high of a priority should I make replacing that connector?

HOLY THIS SCREAMS!!! Hehehe, and the neighbors informed the HOA that they thought the STOCK turbo was loud

I'd replace those clips before they shake themselves out.
HOAs are destroying America one neighborhood at a time. They are usually run by twerps that got their asses beat as kids for running their soup cooler and now they think they have a little power. Tell them the truck will be quiet the next time you are on deployment defending their right to be a feminine cleaning product and the catch container that accompanies it.

I haven't noticed anything outrageous yet but I haven't really gotten hard on the skinny pedal with it. Definitely won't be seeing if she can spin the tires until I upgrade to a clutch that can handle that kind of abuse. Right now I'm diagnosing a CEL with a P0046 VGT fault code.

Get your tunes updated for that turbo.
dslpwr73, it's not a huge difference over stock. Just a little better. It's really made as a stock replacement, but the map is a little farther up the scale. It will support more power than the stocker for sure, but still spools like stock, with the right tuning.
