Default EGR check engine light??? sensor or cooler??

so a while back ago after installing my exhaust and driving like a bat out of hell i threw a check engine light for the egr but like a dumb a** i cleared the codes before i wrote them down... but as luck would have it they have came back

P0401-EGR flow insufficent detected
P0403-EGR control circuit
P0405-EGR sensor A circuit low

i pulled the egr sensor and cleaned it there wasnt much soot just a light coating on the surface then i took a flexible wire bottle brush and cleaned the nooks and crannies of the intake manifold and then vaccummed it out. ive noticed im a little low on coolant not to bad though and i think its low from when i replaced the hpop and some coolant leaked out. i should note that inside the intake manifold it was dry it didnt look steam cleaned either but there was however a glob of what resembled tar about the size of a dime in there maybe a little smaller and it was kind of hard i have no idea what that could be

i cant delete my egr as much as id like because im in california but does this sound like a egr cooler or a sensor??? on my oasis report it said that my egr sensor was replaced in 2007.

03 f350 4door long bed 95k miles 4x4 no mods aside from blue spring and mbrp 4" turbo back straight pipe

thanks guys

The EGR valve might have got hung up, clear the codes and see if they come back after the cleaning, If it was dry in there then the cooler should be ok.

Have you tried just leaving the EGR valve unplugged, in Cali you might have different programming but normally the 03-04 can be left unplugged with no engine lite

How about getting a used one and plugging it in and just laying it on top of the motor, then when you have to get tested just plug in the one that is mounted to your intake

After thinking about it, the only way they can tell flow is by the Exhaust back presure sensor, have you pulled that off and cleaned it and the tube going to it? it is right by your dipstick tube.
