Oil cooler re-location

I'm barely hanging on to what you two are saying. I must be having a Forrest Gump moment. At any rate, I see one cool thing that I like and one big question.

Cool thing: remote oil cooler out of the block
Question: Wouldn't there be a service interval for that coolant filter? I mean, if it's not a bypass, when it clogs, flow stops and bad things happen. Or do I need to put my helmet back on and watch things unfold?

Yes it would have to be serviced, most of that types are cleanable, a fine stainless screen. The oil filter they show is reuseable also, just clean them up and put them back in. Yeah Mike and I are kinda off subject a little, just trying to get each other to understand what we are talking about.
