You at the very least need to delete the EGR/Cooler.

Yea, egr delete and oil cooler... Don't screw with head studs unless your loosing a gallon of coolant a day.

Welcome back from the dark side. Sorry, it was too easy.
To add to Tyrexs' post, gauges are critical, things like EOT/ECT need monitoring. Pay special attention to EGTs, shutting down above 400* can coke the oil in the turbo, and thats a bad thing. Bang for the buck, I like my ScanGauge II, sure there's some manual inputs, but it was a buck fifty! However, because I needed an EGT gauge after that, an SCT Livewire may have been a better choice overall, gauges (need EGT probe), and programming in one piece.

Allow me to be the first to tell you that Edge eats transmissions like they're cool. 40~55k with an Edge and I got to buy a rebuilt transmission.

Bottomline, you'll be mucho impressed by a gauges, a straight 4" exhaust with EGR cooler delete (if you're not smog checked), an SCT with custom tunes (I really dig Matt's SRL). If your oil and coolant temps are out by 20* or more at cruise, get a new oil cooler.

That is Way too much, oil cooler is $230 and a good delete is only around $150, then you would have enough to do a coolant filter too for $150.

I wouldn't pay that much for all that stuff. Like Bob said, you can get it cheaper by buying individually.
