Default 2003 Low power

I am working on a 2003 truck that had sudden low power. Tested and had cam and crank sensor codes and low ICP. Truck initially started and showed FICM sync and good FICM voltages. ICP desired versus actual never matched and IPR duty cycle was at 85% all the time, so I think it is a leak. Odd cylinders were erratic on balance, so I think it under that valve cover. What are the common leak points on the early engines? Thanks

it is worth to buy 8 oring kits and check out the injectors for loose nut and bolt on the mag cups, just got finished fixing the second one on my truck, the nut came off and caused a dead miss, I pulled them all off of drivers side and cleaned the little bolt and nut off with brake clean then I reinstalled the nut with red locktite, I repaired #2 a year ago and #6 faile this time, I was lucky both time and the nut was sitting where I could retrieve it. The other 2 were only finger tight, they use a #10 torx and a 4mm socket and I was able to loosen them with my fingertips. going to do pass side Monday to see what I find. caused real hard to start, idle fluctuation and ran like crap, after just doing drivers side it fires instantly and tons more powers.
