Default manual sliding window to power window

My truck has a manual sliding rear window which sucks since its a 4door, I've been wanting to convert it to a power sliding window, has anybody done this before? Is there enought room behind the seat to mount the motor and track? I just want to do some research before I jump into it, any help would be awesome!!!

As far as i know you can buy a one piece rear window, and also purchase a kit that allows the window to go straight up and straight down, (very similar to a toyota's rear window). I havnt researched it yet but i know alot of people that have been talking about them.

I'm pretty sure the motor to move the window is already there too, just doesn't have the window to do it. I feel like I read something about this on the ORG before too. I'll look around and see what I can find.

That would be great if you could! Cause if the motor and wires are already there that would be fantastic! Thanks in advance!

I found this, looks like nothing is there, you need to buy everything to do it, but a junkyard would be your best bet....

I have a 05 super cab and did this conversion, the rear window, cable and motor came together. I got this from a late model salvage yard. the conections were already in the truck to plug the motor in and i got a new switch for the dash as the 05 to 07 trucks use the multi function switch for the 4x4,back up sensor and the power sliding switch all in one. I bought the switch from ford and installed it and it works great. If you get the slider used from the salvage yard make sure to get the slider motor mounting bolts and blind nuts from the doner vehicle as they are not there if the truck left the factory without a power slider

CR Laurance makes one that slides open like the fords had factory, 3 panel window, 1 in the middle opens. There are no kits for a complete drop down like the toyotas have.
