Yup. My buddy lost both power steering and power brakes at the same time from a 5+ minute long burnout... it was impressive.

Yes, it's a BS system. The hydro boost has a bottle neck in it and puts back pressure on the PS pump, thus killing it.

Vancore brakes in cali offers a hydro boost porting service to solve the problem.

Actually ps fluid is clear, if it's red it's because somebody put tranny fluid in it.

Since these trucks use ATF for PS fluid MAYBE that's why it's red.
