My buddy put an expandit on his 7.3. It was decent for the money.
MBRP is top of the line. Flo-pro, and diamondeye both seem decent enough.
4" turbo back, just delete the muffler and cat right away. You can keep it quiet in the truck by controlling your right foot. It's pretty quiet in the cab. Stacks are the only thing that really make a ton of in-cab noise.

The beauty of the side exit is it's LOUD outside the truck, but still pretty quiet in the truck. I found myself getting on the loud pedal always when going under bridges, or by cement barriers, then you truly understood how loud it was for everyone else. My stacks... it's loud ALL the time in the cab, unless I'm at idle, or I'm cruising with the converter locked and low throttle input. Other than that... I can forget about carrying a conversation with anyone.
