Default 2006 to 2004 transmission swap?
Hello all! i have 2 f350's both with the ever popular 6.0! IS it possible to put the transmission from the 2006 in my 2004? Both trannys are the 5R110. Would the electronics inside be to different?

Everything should be the same. The 5R110 was virtually unchanged. In fact you can use a 2x4 one on a 4x4, think you just need to swap the tailshaft piece coming off the back.
