6l with issue
hey guys I just placed an egr delete on my truck and it appears to run fine untill I went to work yesterday and was pulling up a hill and my truck started running ruff. it quiet and started fine again. I checked my code on my edge programmer and it said p0264 (injector cyl 2 lo) I dont think its due to the delete but started right after, I still have my egr valve in place and un hooked the valve to see if it would throw codes, and thats when it happend
just wondering if it is a real issue or not
thanks for everything

Well your truck running rough and shutting off is an issue, yes. Probably has nothing at all to do with the EGR delete, unless you didn't push a clip on all the way on to the injector or something. Even a bad injector shouldn't make the truck shut off, probably something else going on there... no other codes? How is the truck running now? Just this one time it quit? Any idea what fuel pressure is?

sorry let me start over it quiet running ruff (not shut off) it starting running fine afterwords though I believe everything is tight, it was wierd cause ive seen most people have multiple codes
i dont know about pressure I dont have a guage and i haven't had time to look at the truck today (due to work) thought I would throw it out there and see what people think

There is no point in replacing anything until we know what it is. If you do end up with a single injector code, I'd replace that single injector. Why fix it if it aint broke? No wonder why everyone complains about high repair costs on 6.0's...
Let's get this thing diagnosed first. It could be as simple as a loose wire...
It may not hurt to test the FICM to at least eliminate that as a possibility, especially considering how easy it is to test. You can find the test procedure as a sticky at the top of the 6.0 page. How old are your batteries in the truck? Have they ever been load tested?
