Pretty much everything you need to know about testing a no-start condition, you might have to dig around a bit within this thread to find exactly what you need, but looks like everything is there brother...

ok guys i made it back home and have started working on my truck again.. i did order some of the aeroquip 2022 fittings and they arrived today and did fit in the ipc hole. i got the wife to crank on her and got 2200 to 2500psi so im getting hpo i believe. so i next used one of the fitting to screw in to the test port on the fuel bowl and am getting around 60psi so i got fuel.. getting smoke when cranking but will not start. going to replace the cps tomorrow..

I'd pull the IPR valve out and inspect it. See if the screen is in-tact on it and see what it looks like.

Any updates? Did you get the truck running. I'm having a similar if not the same problem with the same symptoms. I'd love to hear if and how you fixed it. Thanks.
