Well the problem started a month ago and the check engine light goes off and on as well as the problem itself. but its seems like its getting worse as it goes. I've been told it could be a number of problems such as, my injectors, some sensor by the transmission, fuel filter, lift pump, and the truck has got regular tune up maintenance like oil and transmission fluid changes. This weekend im going to change the oil and tranny fluids, along with the fuel filter and put that rev-x in it also. But any info on what it could be will be gratefully appreciated.

Further info on the truck itself. It's a 07 f250 fx4 lariat super duty crew cab turbo diesel, with 161000 miles roughly, is my daily driver. I explained when the problem started and continues above. Its all stock motor wise, but has a 4" Rancho lift, 35" micky mtz's, and 2" ready lift leveling kit. but i got to fix this problem before i do any work to the tranny and motor. Thankyou again.

99% sure it's nothing transmission related.
Though it would be immensely helpful if you could get the codes when the CEL is on... the codes may still be there too even if the light goes off, go to an advanced auto or the likes and pull the codes, they'll do it for free. Report back here. I'll bet it's sticky injectors, though typically they wont throw any CEL. Could also be a FICM, a high pressure oil leak... too many things to point fingers at without the codes man.
