Correct. Vegistroke is a WVO (Waste vegetable oil) burning system. The truck retains all of the factory fuel system, so it's still there. The vegistroke is essentially a secondary fuel system. New tank, new lines, new pump, etc. Stock system feeds into the front of the heads and hits check valves in the back to stop it (still dead head). Vegistroke does the same thing, but in reverse, so it feeds into the back of the heads and hits the check valves in the front, again, deadheading there. It's a heated system, so the tank is heated by coolant lines that "tee" into the factory cooling system. It's quite the setup. Fully automated. Just start the truck and drive and let it do it's thing. When you come to a stop, turn the key off, truck continues to run and purges the oil out. It sends diesel into the front of the heads and allows it to push all of the oil out of the lines and back to the WVO tank in the bed. It does this for 10 seconds or so (set by the user), then the purge valve closes and the truck runs for another 60 seconds or so to ensure it burns everything out (again, time set by the user). This way you are always starting and shutting off on diesel (good thing), but once up to temp it automatically switches over to veggie. So the longer trip I take, the longer the veggie stays on, the more mileage I get per gallon of diesel. My buddy drove his 06 CC/SB on 37" tires from upstate NY to Montana on WVO. He avg'd over 200mpg of diesel.
