OEM Headgaskets (you should have 18mm gaskets, need 2 of these)
4C3Z-6051-EB
Exhaust manifold gaskets (need 2 of these) 6C3Z-9448-A
Dummy plug/stand pipe updated kit 6E7Z-9A332-B
Updated STC fitting 4C3Z-9B246-F
Oil cooler rebuild kit
3C3Z-6A642-CA
Upgraded turbo drain line
6C3Z-9T515-A
Upgraded turbo oil supply line
3C3Z-9T516-A
IPR screen/o-ring kit
3C3Z-9H529-A
Then your ARP's, engine oil, trans fluid (need a little for when the cab comes off, you lose a little). I would also recommend doing a cooalnt system flush before diving in, use some Restore mixed with distilled water.
Don't forget to add in the machine shop costs for the heads. Get them decked, pressure checked, might as well have a valve job too. I paid right around $475 for all of my machine shop work.
That should be enough to get you going. There may be a couple other small things needed too. I also bought a "top end" gasket kit, just a bunch of miscellaneous o-rings, and intake manifold gaskets, injector o-rings and new copper crush wasers etc. I bought a victor reinz top end gasket set. Victor Reinz is who makes all the black onyx stuff, it's just re-labeled. I only got this kit for the o-rings etc. I would definitely use OEM headgaskets for sure.
You'll need to make sure you have 18mm heads/block too. You should being it's an 05, provided it's never had a head replaced under warranty.
