CEL P2290 ?
Driving my truck on my lunch at work and stomped on it to see if there was a difference after using diesel kleen and replacing one of the two fuel filters when all of a sudden my check engine light came on so being as I bring my scanner in almost every car i drive in I scanned the ecu and pulled one code for the injector control valve i believe it said. The code was p2290 any one know what this means? HPOP?
Thanks guys

2290 is ICP too low. (ICP = injection control pressure). Could be a number of things. Could be the sensor itself going out, which is common on the 03 and early 04 trucks. The sensor is behind the turbo, look to see if it's soaked in oil. If it is, replace the sensor and the harness. Could also be a high pressure oil leak, or the HPOP on it's way out.
Personally, I'd probably clear the code and drive the truck to see if it returns.
