6gun destroying things
Hi again everyone,
It doesn't matter what it destroys....I CANNOT AFFORD IT!!!!!
The shop is telling me now that all 8 injectors are stuck and need to be replaced. He has never seen this before. He's not sure if the FICM went first or the injectors went first but they are all shot, to the tune of $3000+. The 6gun is history till I can learn more about it!!!

That sounds like complete BS to me bud. 8 injectors don't all go bad at once. I bet your FICM is weak and it's falsely throwing injector codes.
I would strongly suggest taking the truck to another shop, or let us help you figure it out, there is no way that is necessary if you had a normal running truck not long ago. Unless someone intentionally destroyed your fuel system.
There is no way the 6 gun did this either. No way, no how.
If you want to talk more feel free to PM me and I can give you my cell and we can talk this over, because it sounds like you're getting raked over the coals here.

Mdub, I haven't figured out how to pm on here yet or I would. Could you tell me?
The shop mech says that when he replaced the ficm and the injectors wouldn't work he tried a different one thinking that the first one was bad even though it was new. Still nothing, he then checked the ficm voltage and it was good, he put the first new one back in and checked it too and it was good but the injectors won't work with either ficm. While I was there, he hooked up an old injector he had laying around and it buzzed like they are supposed to when you turn the key on. Any thoughts?
