Is it easy to just disconnect it and reconnect it to another?

I also ordered some hotshot should be here in a couple of days.

Hotshots won't do crap. Get Rev-X.

Either way, this isn't a mechanical issue, that code is for the electrical side of the injector. So really neither one should fix that code.

No you can't just swap electronics, you'll have injectors firing at wrong time's when the piston isn't in the right spot, you'd need to physically remove the injector and swap it to another cylinder. I understand this really isn't the easiest of tasks and it might just make more sense to you to just replace the injector.

If it is electrical why replace it. Could it be the harness?

Electrical issue on the injector itself. Injector can fail two ways, mechanically, or electrically... It could be in the harness, which swapping the injector would tell you. We know at this point there is electrically something wrong, either in the harness or the injector.
