Sinister EGR delete kit opinions good/bad
Here is the link of the kit I am looking to buy for my 2004 PSD I'm just looking to get rid of the egr itself on my truck because I have heard the system has nothing but problems with it here's the link just wondering if anyone has heard of the kit or know anyone with the kit and if they have had any problems with it thank you

Yeah it's a pretty popular kit. You can get very similar kits for around 1/2 the price on ebay though. I paid $185 shipped for my river city diesel kit, same thing without the bling.
Most of the problems with the EGR cooler stem from the oil cooler itself. The best $120 anyone can spend on a 6.0 is a coolant filter.

I picked one up on E-Bay for $128, pretty much the same thing. Don't even think its an 6~8 hour job, try 12~16hrs.
Furthermore, I really recommend watching the video in "what mount pattern" before going in work. This video is a wealth of information if you haven't done anything to your truck.
Finally, If you have a breaker bar of a long torque wrench, remove the aft plastic shroud near the intake elbow, this will give enough access to the belt tensioner IF you are a single alternator. I maxed out my torque wrench setting, then used it to unload the tensioner.
Take your time, be patient, and expect to break EVERY exhaust bolt you touch!
