are there any connections under the hood? i am going to do this on my 06' f250. just don't see anything about connecttions under the hood.

That's because you don't have to do any connections under the hood. You're just hooking one of the un-used empty ends of an upfitter wire, and connecting it to one of the wires in the harness right there above the e-brake pedal. Nothing under the hood needs to be done.

wasn't sure. the site has pics of under the hood. so i just need to hook the purple wire with the light green stripe to a orange uplifter wire? correct.
